    GPU Data Center

Multi-GPU server build & GPU rental

    • Built a 4× GTX 1080 deep learning server to allow others to train and run inference remotely.
    • Virtualized the box with KVM/QEMU and VFIO passthrough so each GPU ran in its own VM with dedicated SSD storage.
    • Rented the isolated GPU instances out to teams training deep learning models.
    • Published the hardware build and the virtualization setup as public guides.

    Crunchletter

    AI-generated VC newsletter

    • Built an RNN-based generative model that wrote a weekly venture-capital newsletter end to end.
    • One of the earliest consumer-facing generative writing products, years before LLMs went mainstream.
    • Covered by TechCrunch.

    Self Driving Golf Cart

    Autonomous vehicle prototype

    • Converted a stock golf cart into a self-driving platform with drive-by-wire steering.
    • Navigated autonomously with a deep learning model driving steering and speed decisions straight off camera input.
    • Built the whole stack on commodity hardware, years before autonomy kits were off-the-shelf.

    Robots for Construction — Framing

    Robotic wall framing

    • Built a robotic system that framed walls from architectural plans without manual layout.
    • Started on residential timber framing, then transitioned to interior commercial wall framing.
    • Ran end-to-end deep learning computer vision for picking, paired with an automated nailing and screw-setting system.

    Automated Ghost Kitchens

    Autonomous food production

    • Automated food preparation and order fulfillment inside delivery-only kitchens.
    • Built on servo motors and a gantry system, with computer vision running quality checks.
